Pamela served as an officer in the United States Navy for five years. Later, she worked as an attorney in Nashville, Tennessee. Pamela began her legal career with FedEx Corporation in 1992 as a Labor and Employment lawyer. Subsequently she was promoted to the positions of Senior Employment Litigation Attorney, Managing Director of Labor and Employment Law, and Vice President of Human Resources Services. During her fifteen years with the company, Pamela worked in leadership roles where she collaborated with internal and external business partners to achieve corporate objectives. In 2007 Pamela left her career with FedEx Corporation to pursue her passion regarding personal finance.
Pamela is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She has demonstrated her commitment to the personal finance profession by obtaining the CFP® certification. Pamela is using this knowledge to help make a difference in the lives of her clients and is an impassioned advocate of financial planning for all.
Pamela also holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation. The classes for this designation help provide her with the latest ideas in creating sustainable retirement income for her clients. Pamela graduated from Vanderbilt University with an engineering degree and she received her law degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar as well as the Financial Planning Association of Greater Memphis. She is a current executive board member of Indie Memphis, an independent film organization.
Pamela has presented personal finance workshops on a variety of topics. She has obtained both the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and is a Financial Advisor with LPL Financial.
